Do you build websites for Invercargill and Southland businesses?
Yes — that is the home patch. Shan Studio is based in Invercargill, so Southland projects start in person, usually over a coffee. Launch sites are quoted fixed and work the same way whether you are in Invercargill or Auckland.
Do you do custom software development, or only websites?
Both. A website is the most common first project, but the same person also builds custom software: booking and quoting flows, internal tools, AI prototypes, and first product versions for startups. If your problem is a workflow rather than a web page, say so in the brief and it gets scoped as software rather than a site.
Do you use WordPress, Squarespace, or page builders?
No. I build custom, lightweight sites for better performance, security, and design control. If a builder genuinely suits your situation better, I will say so rather than take the project.
