Part 2: 5-Day Quick Experience
Part 2 is a hands-on quick-experience chapter. Over 5 short days you work directly with real drawing fragments — no standards, no parameter tables, no memorisation. Each day gives you one small drawing, a few questions, and exactly one core concept to take away.
The goal is not to make you a draftsperson in 5 days. The goal is to let you feel what switchboard drafting actually is, so the deeper material in later parts has something to attach to.
The 5 Days
- Day 1: The Simplest Distribution Circuit (SLD) — Read a minimal single line diagram and understand what a switchboard fundamentally does.
- Day 2 — (coming soon)
- Day 3 — (coming soon)
- Day 4 — (coming soon)
- Day 5 — (coming soon)
How to Use This Part
Spend 15–30 minutes per day. Look at the drawing first, attempt every question before reading on, and don't worry about being wrong — guessing is part of the method.
